Juicy Couture Bags

>> Thursday, July 7, 2011

semi-final for your country against the might of the European Champions, Spain, would be daunting for most, if not all, of us.

But for Miroslav Klose, Germany’s star player of the tournament in South Africa, he’s not that concerned.

Similarly he’s not that concerned that he is now in pole position with Gerd Mueller as Germany’s leading World Cup goal scorer. Nor is he that concerned that he has a real chance of achieving the 15 goals scored by Ronaldo of Brazil. Though he does fancy his chances!

No. His real concern is the speech that he needs to give to his team mates marking his 100th appearance for his Country. It’s no small achievement. Hence, the speech. That’s his concern. The landmark went unoticed with the quarter-final game against Argentina. Undoubtedly his team mates won’t let it go unnoticed much longer.

It’s revealing to know that even with Klose’s precision finishing and apparent nerves of steel, the matter of a speech to immediate colleagues makes him a touch apprehensive. It’s not just harried time-poor business executives that feel speech anxiety.

Here’s hoping that his footballing nerves remain intact in the Durban stadium for tonight’s big match.
Juicy Couture is one of the contemporary fashion brands in the market today. It was founded recently, in 1994, by Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Taylor. The company started out designing and creating a t-shirt collection. In 1999, it ventured into sportswear, tracksuits and denim wear. Today, they are now selling hoodies, drawstring pants and other clothing items. The company is also famous for their trendy handbags and stylish purses.
Another pretty bag for a pretty lady is the Juicy Couture Terry Heritage Tote. Simpler than the earlier discussed bag, this one great for a stroll in the market, shopping at the mall or coffee with your girlfriends. It is available in prepster (pink) or black terry cloth. The signature gold tone hardware can also be found with this bag. The shoulder straps are made of leather. Juicy Couture is embroidered in front along with laurel design. There are also side pockets closed using drawstring tassels which makes the bag cute and functional.

Juicy Couture speaks of fun, youth and color. This brand does not only cater to young people but also to a more mature crowd who is up for a splash of color.

The Terry Day Dreamer Bag is a fun and charming tote bearing the signature designs of this brand. Comes in Good Housekeeping Green or Long Blonde Yellow terry cloth, this bag features creativity and class at the same time. Gold tone hardware makes it very elegant and the shoulder straps details make it such a statement piece. The additional details such as the bow, laurel embroidery, tassels, ring logo and the heart detail make it such an eye candy you would happily trot around with.

If the beach is what you have in mind, then the Juicy Couture Ocean Beach Tote is for you. The multicolor plaid which can come in via cam (green) or prepster (pink) is totally adorable and perfect for a sunny day. The shoulder straps are embedded with woven detailing and the flap top has a bejeweled logo clasp. There are also side pockets with tassel drawstrings which make the bag roomier and practical. Additional four pockets inside makes it perfect for your other small things like a mobile, your lipstick, etc. Bring the beach wherever you go with this cute tote.

This brand also has totes made of canvas like the Peace Sign Logo Tote. This bag comes only in Depp (brown). It has a fun Juicy Couture written in front along with a big floral peace sign. The shoulder straps are made of the same fabric. In its interior there are two pockets which could fit your mobile phone or pda.

Juicy Couture Perfumes Reviews

Juicy Couture Perfume Gift Set for Women 3.3 oz Eau de Parfum Spray

Juicy Couture Gift Set ($106 Value)

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there were two nice girls named Pam and Gela who discovered the Juicy Couture world of fashion and fun, fun, fun. They took a deep breath and realized this is how The Juicy Girls smell the world!

TOP NOTES: Mouthwatering watermelon, mandarin, and pink passion fruit combined with the sparkling freshness of bright marigold and green apple, enhanced by a splash of water hyacinth and crushed leaves
MIDDLE NOTES: Couture tuberose absolute wrapped in wild rose with sophisticated princess lily and creamy tuberose
BASE NOTES: Caramel créme brulée and vanilla meld with elegant precious woods and patchouliFrom Hollywood to Long Island, Juicy Couture and its valley girl casual ambience is my idea of an All-American brand, with emphasis on the sunny So Cal style. Juicy Couture (2006) perfume smells like I would expect a perfume from them to smell: like strawberries and tuberose, but it's a bit more complex than that. The listed notes are: watermelon, mandarin, pink passionfruit, marigold, green apple, water hyacinth, crushed leaves, tuberose absolute, wild rose, princess lily, caramel crème brulée, vanilla, precious woods and patchouli. When I first sampled it, I thought it smelled overwhelmingly chalky along the lines of Hypnose or Chanel Chance, but upon second try, it's more of an aqueous floral to me, closer to the feeling and quality of Hugo Boss, Liz Claiborne or Chloé, but a touch richer with sweeter base notes. The sillage is pleasant, a bit fresh-sporty and transparent but just candy-sweet enough, reminding me of orange blossom, but with a beachy, breezy attitude. On the whole, it's a very, very good, young and sexy mall scent, and I can see why it's extraordinarily popular. The sex appeal of Juicy Couture is up there in my mind with the Giorgio Beverly Hills brand and also of Gale and Fred Hayman fragrances; it's bound to be another new cult classic along the lines of Giorgio Beverly Hills of the '80s but with a lighter feel. It's on the synthetic side, but if it were more gourmand-sweet, it could almost be Vera Wang Princess. Please stay tuned for my review of Juicy Couture Couture Couture (2009), coming soon.

Pam and Gela wanted every girl to have her own Juicy Couture, so they made a fabulous line of fragrance essentials adorned as only Juicy Couture can—some with charms and trinkets, and all in the most beautiful bottles and jars you've ever seen. Give the gift of Juicy—it's fashionably romantic and fun.

This limited-edition set includes a 3.3 oz Eau de Parfum Spray, a 4.2 oz Frothy Shower Gel, and a 4.2 oz Body Sorbet.

Notes:Watermelon, Mandarin, Pink Passion Fruit, Marigold, Green Apple, Water Hyacinth, Crushed Leaves, Tuberose Absolute, Wild Rose, Princess Lily, Tuberose, Caramel Crème Brule, Vanilla, Precious Woods, Patchouli.

The Eau De Parfum from Juicy Couture is very nice and has a beautiful blend of scents. The top notes are watermelon, mandarin and pink passion fruit with marigold, apple and hyacinth with a crushed leaves smell too - very fruity and natural. The heart notes are wild rose, princess lily and tuberose. All these beautiful scents are then mixed with caramel crème brulee and vanilla with patchouli. You can purchase the bottle in 1.7 oz or 3.4 oz and it is a spray bottle with a cute Juicy Couture design. This beautiful scent is ideal for anyone and is super sexy and fresh. You can buy this scent for $65 or $85 depending on which size you choose.
